Question about Acer FerrariI 3400 Notebook
Laptops don't come with disc's these days (cheap scates) you normally have to make the recovery disc's when you first use the laptop,if the laptop is dead on arrival, as yours is, talk to the people you purchased it off, as it will be covered by a warranty,
when you boot up, look on the screen for the keyboard key, you need to push, to go into restoring the laptop to factory settings, sometimes (F11),but i think you should talk to the supplier of the laptop first.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
