After I removed the seven screws there is something holding this together yet. I need to know what is holding this together? The reason I am taken it apart, there is something loose or broken inside. Is there something that I should know that might make the shredder only shred on the left side (not the right side very well) (the power switch side)

There are 8 screws. Two in shallow recesses and 6 in deeper recesses. The 8th screw is hidden by a warranty void sticker and is one of the deeper recessed screws.
For mine, the power just went. I hope it is just a loose wire on the circuit board. The power light is on and Reverse works, but no shredding action so I hope it is just a problem with the wiring.
