Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
I have a really weird problem. I just connected my e250 to my pc in order to delete all of my songs and there's a weird problem, there's no MUSIC folder.
So I create one by myself named "music" and my pc gives me an error saying that a file named music is already on there, but it's obviously not present.
So I switched my USB mode from MSC to MTP and when I connected my device, the music folder showed up and I was able to delete all of my songs.
So how can I bring back the music folder from the USB mode: MSC?
And if I can't, is it better for me to stick with the MTP
Well, your music folder is actually a hidden folder. To make it visible go to computer and then folder options. From there check show hidden folders and files and you should be able to access your music folder.

It sounds like your device firmware may have been corrupted..you are not suppose to manually put a my music folder on your device..Now to get the my music folder I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware
