Hi habiba,
just insert gently to your motherboard, make all other connection well to board, and swicth on.

1). If you hear a long beep, means missing RAM, i.e. either the RAM is not connected properly or your RAM is bad.

2). If you hear just a beep for less than a second, and your computer get started, means your RAM is good....... :))

Thanks
Iqbal

Need help repairing N-soundtube PSU for AKG Mic

Define what you call the transformer. The microphone has a power supply in a separate enclosure. Usually the output has 7 pins to connect to the cable to the mic. First you need to verify that the cable is good. With a multimeter, check continuity of each end of each pin. If one pin has no connection, the replace the cabble and your problem will go away. Try this first, then if needed we'll talk about the power supply.

What colours do i use to link my 128 with my dsc radio

Hi!

From your Owners manual (Page 59) The BLUE wire (Pin 3 NMEA out) from your GPS goes to the NMEA in wire of your DSC radio. The ground pin from your GPS is pin 2 (Black)

Just in case you've misplaced your manual, here's the link you need.

My recorder show Data format error 1429 1001 ok Can you tell me how to fix this?

Hello I think that the error code that you are getting is because your SD card is not a fast write card, no all the SD cards are compatibles. I recommend this SD card is been tested and definably works an all the Walkabout 5210,5215 or 5220 all Firmware versions http://www.tvps.com/Products/ECS-8000079-128-MB-SD-Memory-Card-for-use-with-Dictaphone---New__ECS-8000079.aspx

the alternator is definately bad, if it ran your battery dead like that, and of course as you can tell your battery is trash and needs replaced.. not sure what to tell you on how it runs, considering once it warms up it runs good.

Our philips dlp tv was getting a dark picture then today no picture but sound then the whole tv shut off and will not come back on do we need to replace the lamp?

Definately sounds like a bad lamp. A lot of times you can look down in the lamp and the filament will be broken or busted up. That would tell you for sure, but even if it is not visibly bad, I would definately try replacing the lamp first. I've changed many of them at our shop, and your description is definately a common symptom of a bad lamp in any dlp.

Laptop not chrging even with a good harger.and keeps shuttn down

you could be correct about it being the pin at the charging point. what you need to do is to phone up the company who make your laptop and tell them the problem. they might then say that the laptop might have to be taken away so that they can change the charging point in your laptop and then it should be fine.

Accessories not shutting off, upon exit of car.

sounds like your "pin switch" in the door jamb is either bad or stuck. This is the switch that the car uses to tell the door has been opened. Does the light inside the car light up when you open the drivers door? if not, it is definately the door pin switch. should be a 10-20 dollar part at any gm dealer.
