The high voltage unit was th problem.

Sc310 is a high voltage error. This could be something serious, or something very simple. If you just replaced the PCU cartridge, it is possible that it is bad. Put the old one back in and try it.

If you did not replace the PCU, I think I would replace it, because the high voltage section in the PCU may be shorted. Other than that, you can make sure everything is clean inside, but chances are the HV is bad.
