Hello and welcome to JA!!!
Billy :

I'm Billy and i will assist you with this.
Billy :

The codes you have (the ones not interpreted) mean the following:
Billy :

p1351: glow relay circuit faulty, p1586: power supply to rail sensor, air mass meter, EGR valve: voltage too low.
Billy :

These problems are the ones causing the no start issue...........
Billy :

I will first list the fault details:

And now, the most probable reason for your problem, would be faulty wiring.
Billy :

So i suggest that you check the wiring harness thoroughly, and the fuse boxes (connectors, fuses etc.....)
Billy :

As these are the most probable culprits.
Billy :

It could be a faulty ECU (engine control unit), however, i think that faulty wiring is the most likely cause.......
Billy :

Dodge dynasty flash code

First code is 12, that just signifies the beginning of telling you codes. Sometimes means that the battery has recently been disconnected or dead. Next code is 22. I believe that is for coolant temp sensor, either failure or because someone unhooked it to set the timing. Unhooking the coolant sensor tells the computer to go to basic ignition timing. Usually about 10 or 12 degrees. 3rd code is 55 and only signifies "end of codes". No real codes except 22. If that code is there because someone set the timing then it will automatically erase itself after 20 to 40 start, run cycles. About a week.

Hope this helps

Assembling seat of chicco dj baby walker

Possibly the worst instructions I have ever seen! However, I got it in the end. Reference the manual and follow these instructions. The padded seat folds over the the rigid backrest (c) (don't do this yet!). Start by dropping the front 2 rings through the slots, then, put your finger through the ring underneath the walker and pull (quite hard) until it comes right through and folds over so it can't pull back out. The seam of the padded seat fits into the groove where the ring slots are. repeat this for the next 2 and it should work itself out from there. Hope that helps!
