Blue screen


Hi
The blue screen is referred to as 'The Screen of Death' in technical terms.This means Your Operating System may have crashed.Can you be able to access the hard disk? Try removing it and leaving it for 15 minutes before connecting again.Solved?
Try repairing the Operating System using the original installation disc or enslaving the hard drive to a machine with a good System.

Yes the chat window said to me that you closed the chat. Sorry I have something else to do right now. But we will solve your problem. Do you have a program like msn messenger we could use to chat with? A chat window cant be opened again as far as i know. We will solve your problem, but not right now since the chat was cut off and I have something else to take care of. So if you have msn messenger we can use it to chat, My address on it is add me if you dont have the program you can get it from www.msn.com We can then continue to chat and solve the problem.

With your help we were dounloding the instalation of my PRINTER 6200in the vista sistem But can not install in the computer. Please Help


Hi again,

For some unknown reasons that chat session was prematurely ended.

To continue, pls open your browser to www.lexmark.com
move your mouse over to "DRIVERS & DOWNLOADS"
Click on "Download a Driver"
type "P6250" and click on "GO"
Pls select your OS (Vista) to start download.

Upon completion of download, pls install. Follow on screen instructions.

A few things to note.
Make sure the USB is selected in the Port of the Printer Properties;
You may need to update your Vista's USB drivers here or here.

Hope this be of help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

It appears I lost you in Live Chat, at any rate based on the information you have provided, I can only determine there was a hardware malfunction, possibly caused by the jame and the unit most likely needs to be serviced, sorry I could not be of more help.

To get the voicemail to answer, toggle off the auto-answer button on your fax. Also, you can get some help from lexmark in the future directly via a live chat (only during business hours) here.

Let me know the operating system.
as soon as u connect to the system the Operating system should recognise the printer. If not try changing the connection cable and the port of PC. Try installing drivers once again.

PROBLEM KEEPIN MBOX 2 CONNECTION TO MAC LAPTOP


I have the same problem. Usually it will work when I reboot the computer. The trick is once you get the mbox working with the phantom power on, is to not turn off the phantom power during your session; the duration in which you use the mbox at that given time before shutting it down. You can switch the phantom off and it won't shut off, but if you press it back on, it may and for me more than half of the time it does shut off. I have a new problem with my mbox. I can't hear play back, even though I can hear sound from either input. Any suggestions?
