Open the front cover, then you will need to slide out the piece the toner goes into, upper right side. Set the toner cartridge on top. You will see a tab to pull toward you, so the toner will drop down into the copier. Push the tab back in. Then push the cartridge toward the back of the copier a little and pull up.

Canon 6035 keeps telling me to add toner when it is already full...error goes away after i open and close the hopper door..this seems to happen after every 5 or so copies(sorting and stapeling)

How do you know it's full? Did you record the copy count when you put the toner in? The only time the copier will indicate that it needs toner is when the developer unit is empty or if the toner sensor is not in contact with toner, you should hear a very high pitch squeal sound coming from the copier. If you are sure you have toner inside the developer unit then the toner sensor is bad. Does shaking the developer unit back and forth a few times help? Maybe the toner has developed a cave inside where the toner is supposewd to be touching the toner sensor.

If I rember correctly, Your transfer roller unit is arching out. I would first clean off the loose toner in the unit & from the seperation unit. You will need to remove the transfer roller unit. If that dos not clear the code you will need to replace the transfer roller unit. Good Luck

Close but the toner container is replaceable, you do not have to pour any toner in the container. The replacement toner should be the exact same toner bottle, all you have to do is just swap out with the old one.

Faded black and white print out (Canon NP 6035/6028)

Are you getting a E0020 code? If not there is nothing wrong with the hopper. Has the OPC unit been replaced recently? Also, have you looked at the developing unit? Dose the developer Mag. roller have a even coat or brush on it? If not have you cleaned the S-Blade or doctor blade? Also, have you cleaned the optics?

Printing on Canon NP 6035

I check www.usa.canon.com and couldn't find anything that came close to that model number. You should contact them directly. It may require a copier dealer in your area to get one for you.
