Question about Nokia 6288 Cellular Phone
The speaker is not working, the microphone is not working (voice commands). To repair it's beyond the average person, you need special tools, also some of the screws have to be replaced, you can only use them once. Some parts inside are glued, so you need the glued stickers to replace after removing old ones. In the end water and electrical equipment don't mix very well, in time it will probably give you more trouble. It all depends on how long the phone was in water.
By the time you've bought the parts, the service manual (you'll need one) and spent hours trying to sort it out!. It's not worth it.
I would either take it to a repair shop, to get a quote, and weigh the quote against another phone. Or say a few nice words and give it a decent send off.
