I have a fellows ps60c-2 shredder and after I removed the seven screws I could not get the powerhead apart. I need to know what is holding it together yet. It also is shredding on the left side but not on the right side (Power switch side). I am pulling it apart because somebody has let loose or broke inside and do you know what this possibly could do or have something to do with the shredding.
Under the large sticker that has the product serial number is the hidden screw that holds it all together. Scratching off this sticker makes the whole head assembly fall loose. I just did this just a few minutes ago and now have to see if Fellowes will sell me the main gear that has a broken tooth.

Nylon gear has several of its teeth missing 2 gears are attached to each other, one is nylon and the other is metal. Problem is with the nylon gear. Nylon gear is 2 1/8" diameter and metal gear is approx 1 7/8" diameter. Where can I find replacement gear(s)?
