try warm reset by taking the battery out for a min

You must refresh your iPhone. To do this:

Hold the sleep and hold button at the same time for 10 seconds. Once the Apple Logo has been popped up, you can release. Wait for couple of minutes to refresh it. Your problem should be done..

If the solution does not work, give this to any Mac Stores (with the Apple Logo) such as MagnumMac.
