Sync Problem

My iPAQ syncs everything a day backwards. If I post and appointment on my microsoft outlook on my laptop and sync it to the iPAQ it shows up the day before the appointment. Example: Appointment scheduled for Tue April 1 on Laptop appears on Mon March 31st on iPAQ. Got any suggestions?

Check the dates on both devices also the sync settings may be incorrect.
