Question about Acer AL1716Bbd 17" LCD Monitor
There are 2 possibilities, the second is 99% more likely though.
#1 The cable between the onboard video card and the LCD panel has come loose at one end. Push it back into place and try again. (this is inside the monitor)
#2 The panel is almost dead. They have a tendency to do this when they are failing.
