In my c700 the prblem is with audio system. when earphones are fixed to laptop the sound comes from earphone and normal speakers both.tell me what to do?

Hi,

go to the windows start button - control panel - sound.
Then take a look a the settings, with the earphones plugged in and out.
Maybe, you have to deactivate the normal sound system, while the earphones are plugged in.
Or maybe you see some settings there to control the outgoing sound.

I have bought a onon eos 400d and I cannot see through the viewfinder. Added to this, when I do take a photo I only get the top eighth of the shot.

sounds like the CCD chip is bad. Could be something else as well. How long have you owned the camera? Your best bet is to send it in to an authorized service center.

sound muting circuitery prblem or sound swiching section problem can occure this type fault.sometimes it can be cd /dvd printed board problem.give it to qulifid technician .
