From the CNET Forums:
First turn every thing off even your PC's
Then run a Ethernet cable from your modem to the wan port on your router and if you are going to hard wire a system then run a Ethernet cable from your router to that system. Then turn on your modem first and let it boot all the way up,then and only then turn on your router and let it do the same, and then turn on all the system's wireless are not on and let them recognize the router.
PS. I had to take a tooth pick and punch the reset button on the router before it would work then every thing worked just fine.

Iam looking for the firmware for a wireless firewall router model BWA 711 FROM BLITZZ

It's a WalMart label product, bad early 802.11g, and the company's gone, thanks likely to http://www.fcc.gov/eb/Orders/2005/DA-05-2318A1.html

Get another router; until then use http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=432542 .

Will Blitzz BWA 711 reset button clear the password/login, too?

Yes - the reset button will clear the stored login information and reset your router to factory default.
Make sure you hold that button for about 15-20 seconds before you release it. After you did this, you can access your router again via the default IP address of 192.168.1.1

The default username and password for your Blitzz BWA711 router are both "admin".

Don't forget that all your personal settings will be erased as well (wireless security, port forwarding etc.)

This is what I did after entering all that information again:
I went to each screen and took a snapshot of that window (Press ALT+PrintScreen). This screenshot I copied into a Word document and repeated these steps with all important windows. Now I have a little "manual" in case I have to reset my router again and can't remember my "fancy" settings.

If you have any more questions, just come back here and leave a comment - I'm happy to help.

I have no money to pay the experts My problem i how to confgure the router in to my laptop computer (Blitzz 108 BWA 711)

is this just a simple stand alone, tryin to connect to the internet?

if so -
*unplug your modem and your router
*Connect your modem to your router (Modem output to Router Input/Internet)
*Plug in your modem first and let it boot up for a minute
*Plug in your router and let that boot up for a minute
* now you should be able to see your router in the "network connections"
* once you are connected open a browser
*type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and that should take you to your router setup, follow your manual

any further problems please Let me know :)

Internet half works with wireless adapter

Kinda odd one this.. Have you checked properties of the wireless icon in control panel/network connections - check dns server is on auto? If so, start a dos shell, type ipconfig /all and see if the dns info is the same as the other working pc's you have.. Also when right clicking the network icon, select repair, instead of properties, that does a heap of things to correct problems..

Also, from another user on Fixya, try this..

you may have another wireless connection other than your own set as automatic, or more than one connection in your settings of the same name, so right click on your network icon in your task bar or in network connections in device manager and select view all wireless connections, click on it and when all the connections show, highlght, delete all of them, then close the window.

Your notebook should now indicate that it found new wireless connections, click on the popup and select your connection name and click connect, at this point you will be asked to enter the passkey if you have security enabled.

might help.. Rgds,

NetGear Super G 108Mbps Wireless Firewall

If you are connecting wirelessly, then it's more than likely that your wireless card or usb dongle cannot connect as you router is probably set at 108 mbps. Your receivers are more than likely only capable of connecting at 54 mbps so change the streaming rate on your router to 54 mbps. This will not alter your internet connection speed as the 108 mbps only refers to the rate of streaming speed on your local area connection (from one pc to another)
