Question about E-Mu 0404 Sound Card
The driver not being digitally signed means that microsoft didn't give the company there "seal of approval" which means the hardware wasn't verified by Microsoft and is not up to there lofty standards. As long as the hardware installs and you can get it to work, that is what matters. Not whether Microsoft gives there seal of approval and gets more money out of companies for that privilege.

telling you you need digitally signed driver? or is it telling you the driver is not digitally signed? it should be telling you it is not sign and ask you if you are sure you want to proceed. if this is the case say yes and let it install that driver and finish the install all should work fine then.
