No, still having the same problem.  As I mentioned to Max this morning, I am using OSX 10.4.11.  The size envelope I usually use is 6x9.  I also have a smaller size, but I have not used that size since I purchased a new computer in December.  I have been able to print the 6x9 envelope back in Dec. & Jan. When I went to print one on Friday I was unable to do it.  It prints as though it is printing on an 8-1/2x11 piece of paper.  Max said I had all the correct settings.  He even had me install a new printer driver.  My projects are done in Print Explosion Deluxe

Appreciate any help you can offer to resolve this problem.

As I have mentioned earlier, according to Max, and even before I called Canon with the problem, all of my settings for both the computer and the printer are correct.

Unfortunately, there is no setting for 6x9 envelope so I have to use

Thanks for all of your help.  It's a lot more work for me to do with the envelope in setting it up so that it fits on a #10 instead of a C5 which I used on my previous printer, Lexmark, and also remembering to put in enough envelopes since it has to feed thru 2 envelopes in order to get one typed envelope.  Why not a C5? This is what I used for 5 yrs. with the Print Explosion and never wasted a single envelope, ever.  Since last Friday I must have ruined at least a dozen  envelopes.   Oh well, thanks for your help.
    Have a great evening!

U must isolate problem to printer or program. What program? Does printer work for other sizes?

Check Ur default settings for the printer properties, along with the program envelope sizes. Sounds like it prints, but wrong size.

When U call the envelopes & labels, check Ur options and set it to the envelope U are wanting.

One thing U may have tried part of this is -

    Uninstall the printer

Turn off the printer for at least 10 mins

    Turn on the printer.

Reinstall the printer and use the orginal drivers.

Cannon printers are usually good printers, maybe U've had a power surge and it has messed the software up. It really strikes me that it's a setup of the Print Explosion software.

    Good Luck

Since October 31, 2013, Windows 7 is no longer available in retail (except for the Professional edition preinstalled):[6]
Windows 7 Starter Windows 7 Starter is the edition of Windows 7 that contains the fewest features. It is only available in a 32-bit version and does not include the Windows Aero theme. The desktop wallpaper and visual styles (Windows 7 Basic) are not user-changeable. Microsoft originally intended to restrict users of this edition to running three simultaneous applications but this limitation was dropped.[7]This edition was available pre-installed on computers, especially netbooks, through system integrators or computer manufacturers using OEM licenses.[1][8][9] Windows 7 Home Basic Windows 7 Home Basic was available in "emerging markets", in 141 different countries.[10] Some Windows Aero options are excluded along with several new features.[1] Home Basic, along with other editions sold in emerging markets, include geographical activation restriction, which requires users to activate Windows within a certain region or country.[11] Windows 7 Home Premium This edition contains features aimed at the home market segment, such as Windows Media Center, Windows Aero and multi-touch support.[12] Windows 7 Professional This edition is targeted towards enthusiasts and small-business users.[1] It includes all the features of Windows 7 Home Premium, and adds the ability to participate in a Windows Server domain.[1] Additional features include support for up to 192 GB of Random-access memory (increased from 16 GB),[13] operating as a Remote Desktop server, location aware printing, backup to a network location, Encrypting File System, Presentation Mode, Software Restriction Policies (but not the extra management features of AppLocker) and Windows XP Mode.[1] Windows 7 Enterprise This edition targeted the enterprise segment of the market and was sold through volume licensing to companies which have a Software Assurance contract with Microsoft.[1] Additional features include support for Multilingual User Interface(MUI) packages, BitLocker Drive Encryption, and UNIX application support.[1] Not available through retail or OEMchannels, this edition is distributed through Microsoft Software Assurance (SA).[1] As a result it includes several SA-only benefits, including a license allowing the operating of diskless nodes (diskless PCs) and activation via VLK.[14] Windows 7 Ultimate Windows 7 Ultimate contains the same features as Windows 7 Enterprise, but unlike the Enterprise edition, it was available to home users on an individual license basis.[1] Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Professional users are able to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate for a fee using Windows Anytime Upgrade if they wish to do so.[1] Unlike Windows Vista Ultimate, the Windows 7 Ultimate edition does not include the Windows Ultimate Extras feature or any exclusive features as Microsoft had stated.[1] All editions will receive Mainstream Support (new features and bug fixes) until January 2015 and Extended Support (security updates) until January 2020.[15]

Why doesn't my HP 4620 print black ink

Either the BLACK INK CARTRIDGE is out of ink of it's possible the ink jets (they eject the ink onto the paper) are clogged/dirty. Your software under HP in PROGRAMS from the START MENU should provide a 'cleaning' cycle. How to Clean Print Heads is a link to help you with how.

How to load 3 hole punch paper in a copier

Like normal. Those three holes should not affect the print at all as all of the rollers are flat. I would not not stick it in a dot matrix printer though.

No disc problem

You would only receive that error if your player in unable to read your disc, basically saying there is no disc in the unit. This problem arises mainly due to the Optical Pickup(laser) probably failing. For more information, please visit my website at Thank you.
