E44W46LCD is the model number. There is flourescent green anywhere there is a shadow, and also when you change from Video 1 to Video 2, Side Video, etc and there is no input, the screen is also green. Normally it is black.

Sorry, I posted a solution.....obviously not the solution

Recently purchased a used Zenith E44W46LCD. TV was being displayed outdoors and it was connected to a DVD. The movie played perfectly, no defects noted at all.

5-10min after we connected it at home, it began displaying purple-ish colors where white and then turned all green. If i turn the tv off for 5 min and turn it back on, tv is back to normal, but then it starts acting up again. HELP!!!!

Our picture is also green in the shadows. We already replaced the bulb about a year ago. Some pictures have a significant portion of green, others have little green. We are hoping this isn't going to be another large cost.

I have just had the same problem connecting my dvd player and a digibox with my TV. All of the components work individually and the digibox and dvd player worked with another TV. Couldn't find any setting changes that worked on any of the machines. In the end changing the scart lead from the digibox to the tv sorted out the problem.

Need to know the model number. There are many things that can cause your tv to go green. such as the green tube developing a short, or the blue tube being congealed so green becomes dominate. Post the model and I may be able to help you nail it down.

When using component cables(red, green, blue )

The series of the cable should go green red blue into the back. if you put the green in the red and the red into the green it give the TV a red base to go off of for the picture so everything is red. The reason the green cable won't is because it transmits a black and white picture which allows it a nice base to add the green and red to.

This would be a convergence issue you can run the convergence setup that is in your user manual if that does not work you are going to need service.

Only red tube shows picture, but green & blue are on, just no pic

More likely the problem is the blue and green fluid in the tubes is so cloudy that its distorting the image. Get a fluid kit from www.tvrepairkits.com

Pictures are coming out green

It seems like the previous owner messed with the color effect feature on this phone. After you take the picture and its under your picture file, you can edit it. view the picture and go to options. scroll down to image editor and clikc okay. click on tools (right hand side). scroll down to color effects and click okay. now you have a menu where you can change the coloring of the picture. You may want to try the enhance green feature first and make sure its not set completely to the +5. The default settings have red, green and blue all set at zero. Hope this helps!!
