Try F8 at boot to make it boot into Safe Mode. If it runs okay in Safe Mode and the device manager shows no issues, then Windows may need a repair/restore run on it. If it still shuts in safe mode, it may be a power supply/battery issue.
Keep tapping the F8 key while starting up the laptop->It will give you the advanced boot options->select safe mode from the menu->it will take you to the safe mode ->then do a system restore to the date when it was working fine
what i can suggest you is to reformat/do a recovery..nothing else....dont waste your time..because you cant load in windows right? its commin only with blue screen...when you select safemode or etc..nothing happen...try with my suggestion..if you have some important files you can do a backup by removing the hdd and put into usb adaptor and plug in any computer that can do a backup....i hope you appreciate it
try booting into safe mode? on a pc hit F8 repeatedly while you boot
until you get a boot screen with the safe mode option. Some laptops
have differant keys, eg F2, <Del>, F10, but ussualy they state
this when it boots up.
when you get into safe mode, go to your
run prompt and type "msconfig" hit enter. got to startup, disable
all.Go to services, disable all. reboot. if this works, try running an
pdated antivirus scan. I recommend using Avast! which is like AVG. It
can do a start up scan. also try running something like 'trojan
remover' which is free to download.
windows is thnking that you have a problem with the system
start windows in safe mode and troubleshoot and see what the problem is if all else fails you might have to to a system restore
or take it into a tech and see what they think
hope this helps
Did you try to do a F8 or F12 and safe mode start, or you can also start from last known good configuration too. Try that out and I hope it gets you up and running, If you need anymore help just write back here and we will see what we can do. thank you
