Question about Native Instruments TRAKTOR 3 Full Version for PC, Mac (TRAKTOR 3.0)
I am running a Numark Total Control with Traktor Pro 1.24 on Windows 7 x64. It works fine until I plug in my USB sound card (a cheap single output) I use to monitor the next track, when a system message pops up claiming the Numark TC has malfunctioned. The sound card works fine without the controller, and the controller works fine without the sound card. I am using Asio4all to control my internal and external sound devices
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Make sure your hard-drive is not so full so that some of the drive can be used as cache. Make sure you have enough RAM memory on your motherboard. Use spynomore or Unhackme to make sure you are virus free. If this is a slower older computer you may still have trouble. It's best to always give specs for this type of question... cpu speed, what operating system 64 bit vs 32 bit etc.
