The printer has encountered an error state without the benefit of a
code. Turn the printer off for 30 seconds, then power back on.

That is a print head tilt error. Either the print head pivot block is contaminated with ink or the wiper blade is tacked to the print head.

That is related to the print head heating. Normally one of the print head heaters fails which requires replacement of the print head. The other item I have seen fail and cause that code is the electronics module. Both are very expensive.
The first obvious question is, "Does it have blue ink/wax?"
