Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
Try resetting your system. This could, and most likely will, delete your saved info on the harddrive. Turn off PS3, Unplug PS3, wait a few minutes, Plug-in PS3, Hold down the power button until you hear it beep 4 times (1-1-2), after the fourth beep it should show a screen asking you to attach your USB charger-cable to the PS3 controller and the console. You will likely be asked several other questions as well, about resetting or restoring your console & ect. Choose the one that you feel will work best for you. Sometimes you have to do the unplugging, re-plugging, and powering on technique more than once before it will go into the Reset Mode. I've had to do it several times before would enter this mode. Just keep doing it and it should go thru eventually; unless there is something more seriously wrong with your PS3.
