I think you have to do a factoy reset then.
Before doing this you should know the lock code.
The above mention key sequence is a normal reset.
Press *#7780# Restore factory settings.
Hope it helps.
If the issue persists use this.
Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten(contacts & messages- all phone memory will be gone).
Take a back up if you want something.
