Call up your service provider to find the message sender number which must be entered into the message settings- message center number.
Once done you can send messages but since you are not able to receive please check with the service provider of your subscriber status.

you need to format your phone so that you can receive messages again...input this code *#7370# and then click yes...enter your security code...after that your phone will reboot...it will automatically on..so please wait until the phone open..after that enjoy texting again..hope this will help you
Your mms settings got deleted somehow and you need to re-enter them in order to receive the mms.
Contact your service provider to get the mms settings from them. Else contact me so that i can give you the settings.
Connection error usually is because you set some restriction to make or receiv a call. However, this setting can also be done by the network provider.
And since you said you got no signal, means that your SIM card can not finish registering to the network, which normally means that your network provider is blocking your card. Same thing happen to pre-paid card which no longer in active period and already pass grace period.
I suggest you call the network provider, or come to their support center for solution.
