Question about Avaya 5610 IP Phone
We have 2 avaya 5610 ip phones that were setup at a remote location through vpn and when they were being setup we could read the display but after programming the phone is operational with no display. Why?

Have you rebooted them? The display should show the progress of the boot process....what is the last thing it says.
