Do I have to enter program into my nsm heritage cd jukebox to make a paging system work. Ian

https://www.zvmleisure.com/retroproducts/nsmheritage.html

These units do not have internal speakers. As the page above indicates, speakers can be attached. A remote comes with the device. The different models of the NSM have different technology. Try searching for a user manual with the model identified on the attached plate. I am uncertain if your model is listed below. But here is their website where you might query about a manual. Can I use the bu in out connection on my nsm heritage cd jukebox to run abluetooth receiver transmitter

Yes, you can use the "Line Out" connection on your NSM Heritage CD jukebox to connect a Bluetooth receiver/transmitter. This will allow you to stream audio from your Bluetooth-enabled devices to your jukebox and play music through its speakers. However, please note that the quality of the audio may be affected by the Bluetooth connection, so it may not sound as good as playing music directly from a CD.
