hi, I cannot download the files from camcorder to pc because it the camcorder hard disk is full but actually I only have a few short files to download. Does anyone know how to solve this problem apart from formatting and losing my present files? Thank you

Yes, he is correct, you have to remove your video files from your camcorder by attaching it to your PC USB connection. All your video files are still on your hard drive even though you deleted them from the display screen. I had the same problem and now I'm good to go.

Connect your camcoder to your PC, access the Drive, find the folder and delete the files.

It seems the harddrive in your pc is full!

remove unneeded programs and files from your pc and try a cleaning tool like CCLEANER

http://www.ccleaner.com/
