Can I use Cafiza cleaning tablets?

I would not do this. It may damage the internal hose material. I recommend using Keurig's method for cleaning: run 3 cups of white vinegar through it, let it stand 4-3 hours (or longer) then rinse it well by running several tanks of water through it. That will remove all hard water residue within the unit. Also clean out the needles that pierce the cup, top and bottom, with a paper clip, since they often have coffee grounds plugging them.

I always have coffee grounds in my coffee when I brew a K-cup. Why is that, and how do I make it stop?

The K-cup must be getting pierced on the top, where it lets the coffee grounds out into the cup during the brewing process. This usually means the K-cup isn't seated properly in the basket.

Keurig 2.0 coffee grounds are everywhere

Ensure the kcups are being pierced by both the bottom and top needles. Be sure to check each kcup is thoroughly sealed before placing it in the brewer. Crushed or dented kcups may not brew properly.

Why does the water splash around the cup rather than stream out ?

Check the removable insert that pierces the K-Cups. It may be dirty from coffee residue and needs to be cleaned. The entire assembly turns and lifts out but be careful as the piercing needle is SHARP. After cleaning, try a new k cup and see if it works ok.

Coffee grounds in cup w/ Keurig 60

I have the answer because it is happening to me now. Moreso with the Timmothy's brand K cups. I did a little forensics on a good brew, and then on two slow with grounds in the final brewed coffee.
The inner filter is placed in the k cup and it is not glued to the top rim. The bag then just sits on the bottom of the k cup as it is passed with the hot pressurized water.
The good cups are glued to the top rim and there is no problem.
To investigate....remove the foil top carefully after the cup cools. Rinse out the grounds, and the filter bag should still be glued to the rim. if you've got a dribbler and one that passes the grounds into the cup...you will find the filter bag had fallen loose from the rim. Manufacturer defect...You bet!!!
I had 8 from a box of Timmothys 25 count pass grounds. Green mountain coffee may once in a while pass grounds, but very rare and maybe three times in the 4,000 k-cups we've used.

Keurig machine releasing coffee grounds on top of K cups

I have the same problem but if you take a paper towel and clean the grounds from the top each time it helps. Cleaning around the little point that pierces the cup. It helps but doesn't completely eliminate the problem.
