I am guessing that you want a BIOS update for your EliteGroup GF7050VT-M5 Ver 1.0 motherboard, am I right? There is one update, newer than yours: (read the warning about updating [flashing] your BIOS)
Leave it alone. Reflashing a bios is serious business and never, never guaranteed. Very often the process does not work or goes bad and then you wind up with a piece of junk due to a corrupted bios.
look et...According to the numbers you provided you have Elitegroup Computer motherboard. So for any possible BIOS upgrade, drivers or any other technical support you will need to visit => www.ecsusa.com. or call them at 510-226-7333. Suc6 Theo.nl

There is no such thing as a Intel 845GE mainboard model #, however there is a CHIPSET from Intel called 845GE. That chipset can exist on multiple models of motherboards from different manufacturers, Thus we need to know who made your motherboard and WHAT IS THE true motherboard model #. Even if you cannot find the above information, if you can pause the computer in the black screen durng boot-up, you will probably see the BIOS ID string on the bottom left of the black screen. Write that complete string down and give it to us and we can then probably identify the manufacturer and model # from that. For reference this Intel website describes the 845GE chipset and mentions that the chipset is carried by multiple models of motherboards built by different manufacturers. http://www.intel.com/products/chipsets/845ge/index.htm
Actually, your motherboard is a GA-7ZMMH, which we were lucky enough to see in the BIOS ID string.
You can find the latest BIOS's from Gigabyte's website at:

It looks like you're on the F5 rev. I would suggest the F10 rev, and only go to the F11b rev if you need the support for the Athlon XP 2600+. If you are not upgrading your BIOS for CPU support, or you do not need to support a CPU faster than the Athlon XP 2200+, then go with the F10 rev.
