Memory card locked (by 4 users)

the memory card needs a password but i don't know what it is. can someone please help me find out how to get rid of or find out the password.

have forgot password, and tried each method i know from data doctor to even formatting.

Ya. Even I face the same problem. When I switch off and on the phone it asks for the card password. Pls help me with providing the default password for card for Moto ROKR E6 phone
