Since you have a 2nd set to check on the available signal, you have already established that the 32" is at fault.
There is a particular component, a type of capacitor, that was made in the millions with defective chemicals and these are causing failures in all kinds of equipment.
The problem with your set is probably in the power supply of the unit and it won't get better by itself.
If your set is new, use your warranty while you can, and hope that the replacement part is not one of those millions of bad parts.
