my games are not loading when I turn the system on What should I do. Ive tried everything like updating the system, calling sony, and cleaning off the disks but it still is not working. When I called sony they told me the steps to updating the system and it gave internet on the ps3. That still did not do the job.

She gets an error message when booting up:: Fail to load language file

Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. Go to Startup tab and uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running.
This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but only when you initiate.

If this fails, even though this should fix it, download CCleaner (free) and clean your Windows Registry.

How fix error 8001002B

This error code means disk unreadable, clean up the disk, try also to avoid scratching the disk and to touch the disk with your fingers.

Hold the eject button for a few seconds till you hear a loud sound, this
does clean the blu-ray drive.
Hope this helps. LJ

8001002b error.?

its probably that the blu ray diode is dirty, thats why your getting that error or a dirty disk. try cleaning it and the disk... there might b a tiny speck of smudge or something on a certain exact spot of the game thats causing it to give u the error.. well anyways dirty lens/disk is the reason for the error message
