Somehow my phone is on ''mute'' and I can't get it off...when I dial a ''contact'' I can hear them but they can't hear me

Try increasing the volume if it does not work

this means that your phone month pic of your phone is bad

what you need to do is that you will have to replace your phone month pic in a good phone work shop around you
or
get your self one hand free so that those at the other end can hear you .

i had this same problem with a z310a, check to see if this is a tty capatable phone if so i think you hold down the # button and it will turn mute back off! refer to your hand manual it is in there!

The phone will have a dial tone and call out but no sound on phone


Look if the VOIP321 speakers are not muted on your computer.
