ERROR: The class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device Verifying if the W32.Klez.H@mm Exist on the Computer
  1. Search the system for the file wink*.exe.

  2. If the search finds any executable files beginning with  wink , then this is an indication that the computer is infected with a WORM_KLEZ variant virus.

  3. For resolution, refer to one of the following URLs for information on how to remove the virus from the computer.

Important - Once the virus has been removed from the computer, it is necessary to reinstall the device driver.
