Question about Dell Latitude CPX Notebook
I have a Dell Latitude cpx laptop. I turned it on one day and the screen was very dim. I found out that I can still see the screen with a flashlight. I think it needs a new backlight. Is this something I should try to fix myself or should I get a professional. What should this procedure cost and what kind of repair service do I need. I got one estimate for 70 dollars but that was for a new screen because the person said replacing the screen would be easier. I live in Missouri so if you could recommend a good repair service I would appreciate it.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
