First check your washer plug to see if the connections are tightly screwed. Next check your filter if you haven't for long.

Remove the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something shd be blocking your pump, check this out

How abt a nice rating for the free help? Thnks

Whirlpool duet ht will not agitate or spin

Front load washers don't "agitate". Did you mean it doesn't tumble during the wash cycle? I need more information. Complete model # and a more detailed description of the issue.

Hi.

The access to the drain filter is in front at the bottom, behind the kick panel:

MY WHIRLPOOL FRONT LOADER WASHER JUST QUIT WORKING. IT HAS LOST ALL POWER. THE DOOR WILL NOT EVEN OPEN. PLEASE HELP?

I've worked on similar models with all manner of problems. Try unplugging the machine from the electrical outlet for about 30 seconds then, plug it back in. This will "re-boot" the control board. If it doesn't work, I'd say the control board is bad.

I have a duet sport whirlpool washing machine and a F then a number keeps coming up and it wont complete the cycle

What number is it. That is called a fault code and is telling you what is wrong. The numbers may be in your owners manual.

My whirlpool duet sport washer often finishes it's cycle with the symbol Sd or 5d, I'm not sure which one. Any idea what that means?

Slow drain. Check your drain hose for kinks and make sure it's not partially plugged. If it is going into a pipe make sure it isn't pushed too far into it.
