Various possibilities:
- The data cable on the head is not correctly inserted.
- the head is out of order.
- You are printing with a driver with a lower graphic resolution than the head resolution

What should the zebra printer be set at for a 4x6 label

Label size should be as follows;

Width 4.00 cm
Height 6.00 cm

Margins;

L 0.20cm R 0.20cm T 0.15cm B 0.15cm

Basically Label setup should be the physical size of the backing paper, the L/R margin size is the gap between the edge of the backing paper and the edge of the label and the T/B margin size if half the gap between two adjacent labels....... Hope this helps.

I'm trying to print a label but it is feeding to the next label.

Sorry , but there is insufficient information to solve this issue.
After skipping one label, does it print correctley?
If you press the feed button, does the printer feed through to the next ticket, or does it print correctley?

I am getting uneven print in the middle of my labels, could this be uneven heat distribution ?

Hi,
The energy across the printhead will always be the same. Uneven print is usually caused by uneven pressure along the printhead, usually showing up on the left or right side. It's strange the you're seeing it in the middle. Do you have multiple label sizes ? If so, does it happen only with one size ? A label stuck on the platen roller can cause issues too...maybe check for that.

Hope this helps or a least provides some ideas...

Please give me an answer

The tec printer functions like any other printer on a windows PC through the use of a driver. You can print to this printer from any application as long as the page you are trying to print matches the label size of the printer.
I hope this helps :)

Out of order printing..

You did not adjust the label sensor.(media sensor)

1- for labels with a noth move towards the notch

2-for labels with a space between them move towards middle.

look at page 28 (zoom 400%)
