SOURCE: i have a PLE01 mother board and i need to plug in

Today's motherboard are easy to setup because mostly are now color coded like those connection ports. All you have to do is place the cables according to their color coded ports. Connectors are easy to identified because they are also labeled with name. Like the picture below.

Connections ports on the motherboard are also labeled similar to the connector cables above or have a similar abbreviated names like PSW for Power SW.

I hope this could help you..

Go to the AOpen website (http://usa.aopen.com/index.aspx), click on download. In the drop down choose mother boards and then your model. Now if you click search it will bring up all downloads for your motherboard. Near the bottom of the list is manual, Click on the language of manual you need. Download from one of the FTP sites listed, the manual will contain a drawing of *********** board and were everything plugs in.

You can also take a flash light and magnifying glass and try to read on the mother board itself were every thing plugs in. Some motherboards have the information printed right on them, in very small mouse print.

Don't know where to attch all plugs for gt4016 mb

what plugs? All of them? Power supply plugs should be marked as well as different. Hard drive cable gos in the # 1 slot dvd and so on go in slot #2. If the cpu fan is installed some have a power supply plug others plug in to the mother board. Most of the time it will be close to the cpu and only a two prong plug. Most of the time all the of the wires will be marked in small writing on the plug itself and its as simple as getting a flash light and match the plug with the socket on the board that are almost always marked

You can read what the ECTS is telling your computer with a scanner. (It will read in degrees) If this is bad, sometimes it will read -40 degrees and cause the system to add more fuel, which may be you issue. Also, you can ohm out your spark plug wires to verify if they are all equal.

Propor place to plug in internal multi card reader

Most mother boards have an internal USB connector.
Have a read through *********** board manual it will describe all the connectors. If you don't have the manual you should be able to find it in the ASUS web site.

Also if you look really close at the Mother board and read the little white writing next to the connectors you may spot it.

I just took the lid of my pc to prove it can be done.
Mine is labled USB3 it has a block of 10 pins (male) and one is blank so it is really 9 pins. You mother board will be different to mine but have a look and see what you can find.

Frontal panel setup for P17G/1333 (V1.0A) mother board

I have found a manual for that motherboard at
http://static.tigerdirect.com/pdf/PCChips_P17G-1333_Manual.pdf

In general when troubleshooting this type of problem minimise the amount of problems by removing any cards and or memory - whilst still allowing the machine to function. try reseating all memory and cards as well, as these can sometimes come loose during transit.

Will not power up unless I move the display back and forth

Sorry I lost my password. This is a common problem with the 610 and other laptops. This repair is not for a Novice. Please get the maintance manual from dell go to dell support its free and know the disassembly procedures for tearing your laptop apart. Remove the bezel on top of your keyboard. The start button is on a small pc board. The problem is on the connector on the bottom of this board that commects to the Mother board of your computer. Remove all external, and plug in devices to your laptop. including the battery. After removing the keyboard, the top plastic cover, the start pc board, ect. you can see the connector from the start board that connects to the mother board. Look carefully and gently see if this connector is loose. The mother board connector is supported by 2 silver looking braces on each end. gently see if they are loose. I bet that one end has broken loose from the mother board. re solder the loose end to the mother board. be careful not to damage anything as I said this is not for the novice. (with the laptop in pieces put the startup pc board back in, temporairly put the battery in and push the start button. If the led's glow, this is where the problem is. While your laptop is apart check for dust ect. You may need to remove the heat sink , and a back support brace to get to the mother board connector to re solder it.
This has been a problem on 3 of my friends laptops Pushing on a button harder and harder doesn't solve the problem. It's not the button .Now you know the rest of the story.

Hopes this helps just remember where all the extra screws go when you re assemble your laptop
