Programming mulitple mailboxes

Hi,

I have figured out how to program the outgoing messages for the 3 digital mailboxes offered on the PhoneMate 9370. However, I cannot figure out how to direct callers to the individual mailboxes. For instance, Mailbox 1 is for me and Mailbox 2 is for my wife, etc. It just answers with mailbox 1 and doesn't give an option to go to another mailbox.
