Question about Juki TL-98Q
I just got this machine new and am setting it up. When I move the feed dog knob it wont make the feed dog go up or down.

It may just be stuck from being in storage and unused.
Try oiling the machine as per the manual, lowering the feed, and running the machine. The movement of the linkages may free things up. Another thing you can try is applying heat from the underside (open the bobbin access door and blow the heat in) as the heat will allow the oil to seep in better...then run the machine some more.
