The freezer section is cooling to -10 F, I had the set the temp at 0 F and the refrigerator section is over 60 F (set point at 40 F). I have reomoved most of the items from both sides and made sure that the vents are all clear. Have confirmed that the damper on the top section of the refrigerator section that bring in the cold air from the freezer is opnen. It had some ice build up but have removed it. The return air at the bottom of the refrigerator to bring the air back to the freezer has a diffuser. I have opened it a it seems to work but not totally sure if the thermocouple on it works properly.

We had the same exact problem with same model last weekend. Repair man came out and vent near bottom drawer had ice blocking the air flow. Once he chipped out the ice it started working again.
