My sansa fuze has frozen and wont turn off or go to any of my music and wont play anything. How do i fix it?

Hold the the on/off button up for about 10-20 seconds and it should turn off. then you can just turn it on again. I fit doesn't work, then just wait for the battery to die and charge it back up.

Try to take battery out and put it back in again that would shut the hole thing down and restart it.sounds like you have a corrupt file on your player
