Shipping bolts for Maytag Neptune

-   Installation delivery men did not leave shipping bolts/stays/styrofoam padding for my Frididaire Gallery Front Loader either. When getting any new F/L machine definitely watch those installation guys and make sure you get your moving bolts & stays. They seem to be programmed to leave us without these important items!!

There are delicate electronics on the drum that get wrecked easily in transport. I tried calling the installation people right after but never got any response. If I had to move I would try the 888 number on the machine.

Now I am helping a friend get a used machine (maybe a F/L) and the bolts & stays are an issue again. In a pinch I would stuff the drum area (carefully!) with rolled up towels, moving blankets, rags, or whatever to keep the drum still in transport. DO NOT move a Front Loader without some protection unless you want to replace a bunch of electronic parts. Try not to wreck those same parts stuffing stuff in there.
