I have a polk subwoofer and I want to know hot to connect it to my onkyo Lst10 surround sound bar

There should be a input for powered sub on bar, will have black input, and be labeled. Or check your reciever for sub output.

Misplaced my power supply for my 1950x pencil sharpener and can`t find the output or polarity labeled on the thing?

I have the same sharpener. Input is 120v AC 60Hz 16W which is what comes out of the wall in USA.
Output is 12V 800mA and the polarity is positive in the inside of the plug. I'll try to attach a photo to this post.

I need to connect the sub to my denon amp, can I get a cable to do this?

It all depends on the subwoofer; powered, or not powered. Most receivers have a low level output connection, 300millivolts: via an RCA type jack, labeled Subwoofer Output. With some of older subwoofers, you connect your speaker terminals from your Denon, to the subwoofer. From the subwoofer, you connect the output terminals to your front speakers. Boston Acoustics subwoofer keeps cutting out

Some subwoofers have a turn-on delay circuit at the input to prevent "popping". Unless the input remains at a certain level, the delay circuit turns off the sub. The only solution I have found is to change to another sub that is not so protective

Acoustic Research AR-1 Qusetion- LFE Input and Output functions??

using the LFE input will give you cleaner less distorted bass. You must have a sub out on your receiver or pre-amp. it will give you greater control over the bass output of your system. If you only have one sub-out on your receiver simpley run a 10ft rca from the sub-out of reciever to the rca input of either speaker than use the rca out of 1st speaker to the rca input of second speaker. check to see if you have control of the level of your sub-out on your reciever. adjust the 30hz boost on rear of speakers. now you will have bass that most people only dream of having.

My power acoustic BAMF 2200 amp wont power subs

Check all of your connections, make sure your RCAs are hooked up correctly, and aren't pinched anywhere, make sure your subs are hooked up right, and making good contact, if the amp turns on and doesn't go into protect mode it should be alright. If you can't get it going, take it to an audio shop and have them test it...

Cant get bass, fuse is fine

You don't say if you've configured the Receiver to know you have a subwoofer (under Multicontrol - SUBW YES). Unless it knows about the Sub it won't send anything out that single "preout". You can get an RCA splitter to run that single output to both inputs in the Sub.

Just as an experiment, temporarily run one a pair of cables from the REC OUT to the Sub's inputs and tune an FM station to prove the Sub amplifier is alive. If it's still silent, it's dead. If there is sound (muffled) you need to go back to the Receiver to figure out why the Sub Preout is signal-starved.
