sounds like the pressure switch is stuck its located inside the washer it has a small tube on it that is connected to the pressure chamber on the outer tub these block up with old soap ext and you have got to take the tube off and blow or unblock with a small wire
You could try opening the soap draw fully, lift up slightly and pull forward to remove. Wash the draw and insert reverse of removal. Run it through a complete boil wash empty with no soap. Rate me if it helps please. Phill.
Please remove the soap drawer and take off the top part of the conditioner section. A tube called the syphon tube will now be visible.
Wash out all of the conditioner residue from the draw and the top part which you removed, not forgetting the syphon tube and the part this fits into. These 2 parts need to be absolutely clean for the syphoning system to work correctly and is the only way the conditioner and water will flow out of the conditioner section of the draw. I always use my garden hose (set on high pressure) for this.
Reassemble the draw, fill it up with washing powder/liquid and conditioner (ensuring not to over fill the conditioner section) and push the draw fully back into the machine, then try a wash to see whether the conditioner has gone from the draw after the wash cycle completes.
If the conditioner is still in the draw then the problem is most likely a blockage in the upper part of the dispenser, where the water comes from. Remove the soap draw from the dispenser as before and with a stiff nylon bristled brush give the roof of the dispenser a good scrub clean to remove all soap and conditioner residue. As this residue may be very hard you may need to use some thin stiff wire to clear out the holes. Also, ensure that the front of the dispenser is clean along with the front of the draw, as the draw needs to be able to be pushed fully home.
Hopefully this will resolve your problem, if not please let me know.

Get a piece of stiff wire, and make a right angled bend at the end of it, then poke it in all the holes on the top of the soap drawer compartment, this should solve your prob.

Does the washer leak water into the tub even when it is not on. If so, your fill valve is leaking or sticking.
I would also check the following components for problems: -Air pressure switch. This is usually located inside the control area and likely is attached to the water level control. Try attaching a small piece of tubing to the pressure switch and gently blow into it. If it turns off, the problem likely lies elsewhere.
-Air tube. This clear tube can get crimped or worn from the vibration of the washer's normal operation. Any holes, cracks or crimps will prevent the air pressure created by the water in the tub from getting to the pressure switch.
-Soap residue in the air dome. The airdome is the piece attached to the side of the washtub that allows water in the tub to exert air pressure into the tube and the pressure switch. Soap residue can create an obstruction that prevents the pressure from being transmitted up the tube. Try cleaning with vinegar or ammonia. (Remember: Clean the tub and tubing thoroughly with water after cleaning. Ammonia and Vinegar are both corrosive to electrical parts.)
Remove soap drawer from washer, and remove all accessories, and thoroughly clean all parts, particularly the conditioner parts, make sure the syphon tube is clear by poking through it .
Clean interior of soap drawer compartment with a stiff nylon brush or similar.

When changing a pressure switch on a calypso you have to be sure the tub is empty. blow air into the hose to clear, also observe for moisture where the hose connects to the tube for a pin hole leak in the tube.
Angie, pull the drawer all the way out and see if you have a lid seal blocking the inlet tube. There should be a releasing tab in the back. Just take your finger and feel where the fill port is. I have found many bottle lid seals blocking this fill port. Catriver..post back.
