keep the battery out for 30 minutes, keep the charger UNPLUGGED from the phone. Then put the battery into the phone and charge it, (with the phone off), for the determined time in your cell phone's user manual. (Recommended 3-5 hours)
i think there may be some faults in the battery points clean it well and try again or you can try by with another battery in your decice or put your battery in another similar devices if do so you can esaily find out if there is fault in the device or with the battery or with the charger thats all
you miqht of qotten Water Damaqe. that happened to my Samsunq. If you have insurance and warranty on your phone you can get a new one. But if you dont, you miqht have to buy a brand new phone for full price.
bring it to a technician, and let him know what the new battery and charger did to your normally fine phone. They should be responsible for repairing your phone. No easy fix as described above. Let me know how it works.
