No picture, but sound

posted by anniemarie on Mar 30, 2008

My 26" JVC HD Monitor all of a sudden stopped showing a picture. It has sound, shows blue screen, as if about to watch a DVD, and shows the menu options. I've unplugged it, and reattached cabling.
