Question about InFocus LP70+ Multimedia Projector
When I plug in the projector it immediately goes into standby mode with the orange light on top. Never turns on. Can't get it out of standby.

Depending on the age of the projector it is likely the power supply. If the serial # starts with ANEL5********
check to see if the main board has a green cable going from the front center of it down towards the power supply which is next to the lens. If not the power supply needs that wire to fix the problem . If it has the wire upgrade then the power supply IS for sure bad. If it is a newer LP70+ with the s/n beginning with AJNV, THEN IT TOO IS LIKELY THE POWER SUPPLY.
