The Welbilt model DM2000 is a dough machine. New parts for the machine are no longer available anywhere and used parts are an extremely rare find. Try eBay.

The old reliable Welbilt ABMY2K1 has been brought back to life as the new Stainless Steel West Bend 41200.
The exterior shape, control panel, programs, replacement parts, the manual, and recipes are identical. If you visit the West Bend website , you can download manuals, recipe book, and a replacement part list.

I found some parts at the gourmet depot website for Welbilt bread machines.  Try www.thegourmetdepotco.com, and search on Welbilt under "parts."  I found several dough blades there.  Not sure about other parts, though.
