The problem is the pressure switch has failed. These are usually inexpensive and are very easy to replace. There is a video at www.appliancehelponline.com/servicemanual.html this will walk you thru the inspection and replacement of this part. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. All parts come with installation instructions. Not all models are available.

When i turn on the washer it won't start& water keeps flowing into washing machine. does the water flows or not suppose to flow into the washing machine from the inlet valve?

water into a washing machine is controlled by a tube in the side of the bowl up to a pressure switch
as the water level rises in the bowl, pressure in the switch is built up until it overcomes the setting that you have made for a water level on the wash size selection switch
at this point it turns off the inlet solenoid switch and starts the wash cycle
If the water solenoid is burnt out then water will continue to come in and over flow the bowl but it should be washing as well
If the water is not stopping then check for a disconnected hose to the switch or ma hose full of water
failing all that get a washing machine mechanic in

Whirlpool GSQ9669LW1 washer. Originally Load Size was set to small. After water was filled to that level and machine started to work, wanted to add more water. Turned the Load Size knob to Medium, nothing...

You would have to start the wash cycle all over in order to get enough water for the med load size. Once the washer starts it cycle you have to cancel that cycle to start a new one. Hope this is a help to your question

Kenmore washer model 1102781269 over fills

Possible that the settings of the water level sensor is too high, you need to short the switch and see if the inlet flow stops. if not there are issues with the main controller unit.

Gcxrpo9odoww GE washer .. On fill up, it over flows onto floor?

Fill switch could be bad, or fill tube could be plugged making water not stop and it keeps filling. The fill tube goes from fill load selector switch to bottom of tub. Remove from top and blow it out. If this doesnt work replace water load size selector switch.

Model crtf1240aso. some water goes to washer, not enough to wash. door locks, led comes on, strainer is clear and water is going to washer, timer is rotating on its own

Not sure what is happening here. Sounds like a pressure switch that you think of as a "wash size" selector switch is seeing the correct amount of water for the size load you have selected, yet that amount is not there and the switch stops the water flow before it's reached the proper amount.
Could be a problem with that switch.
Could be that the flow of water is obstructed some way.
My bet: Could be that the water is not turned on to the washer fully and the timer times out the flow of water before its up to your desired level.

Water dose ot stop when washer is full. It continues to run.

If you disconnected power and water still flowed, replace the water valve. If water stopped flowing when power was disconnected, clean out tube from tub to water level switch.
